Students, who have completed their Master’s degree, are often employed in their land of origin in ecclesial functions of various kinds. They are expected to be able to engage in teaching and to show leadership qualities in the pastoral sector expressed in their analytical and critical skills and in their capacity to work in teams. Therefore the two pathways of the program, which aim at providing skills for argumentative and critical use of the biblical theology and missiology, help the student grasp the nature of the selected discipline and make him/her equipped to work in the area of study in Protestant-Evangelical-Pentecostal churches, schools or mission organizations.  The Biblical Studies pathway equips the students to work as pastors, lecturers in Christian colleges and Protestant religion in public schools, writers of theological literature. The Missiological Studies pathway equips the student to work as missions pastor, leader of a missions’ program in a local Protestant Evangelical church or on a denominational level, missionary, social worker and lecturer in a missions Bible school.
